Reported texts: who sent them and what to do
One page per run of texts that many people receive from the same sender name, number or web address. Each page sets out the dated reports, the checks we made ourselves, how to stop and report the texts, and how anyone named can ask for a correction. Newest reports first.

How we write these pages
- We publish a page only when we can link to a dated report of a real text, and every fact on it shows its source and the day we read it.
- Facts are in our own words. Our opinion appears only in a box labelled "Our view", with the facts it rests on listed above it.
- We never publish a full phone number or personal details, and web addresses from the texts are shown as plain text, never as links.
- Anyone named on a page can ask for a correction or a right of reply, free of charge. The "Last checked" date changes only when we re-check the facts.
About texts offering car finance compensation, read our guide to car finance claim texts. To check any other message, paste it into the text checker or forward it to 7726.
